The structural geology and the sedimentology and stratigraphy network group is proud to present a two day seminar with dinner on Structural control on depositional processes. Structural processes such as faulting, folding, and tectonic movements play a critical role in shaping depositional environments by influencing basin architecture and sediment distribution. This seminar will examine how these interactions control facies patterns and stratigraphic development, with implications for interpreting geological systems.
